District Meeting in Ashdown we will have guest our

 Southwest Vice Commander Neil Comb and Department Aux President Nancy Followell will be attending.

I have word that we may be visited by Wayne Womack he is running for State Commander

Election of Officers for 2010-2011 will be coming up in May we must now work on a selections of new officers.

 Some of the things I would like to do while I serve as Commander, to uphold the American Legion and what it stands for. God & Country

 Rebuild our membership by welcoming home our Veterans retuning home from Iraq & Afghanistan, let them know we care for them.

 Work with schools to present Flag Education restore Patriotism may they understand when the National Anthem is played they should stand proud and honor the Flag.

 Youth programs, Say No to Drugs, Suicide prevention, if we can help just one child today be productive men and women  for tomorrow.

 Our Baseball, Oratorical, and Boys State programs help build our leaders of tomorrow
